About My Clients
You are struggling with your relationship, parenting, or just experience building stress. You feel stuck and like life is less vibrant or exciting as it used to be. You feel the world is in chaos but you are helpless to made any sort of changes. You feel like you're on autopilot. You feel like your relationships, friendships, parenting duties, work performance, and life satisfaction are suffering.
My Background and Approach
I am a quirky, bookish therapist who enjoys working with couples, parents, and individuals to find light even in the darkest of times. I tend to use movie references, book references, and a playful attitude to guide you along your journey to find fulfillment, happiness, and contentment in your life and relationships. I utilize various therapy models depending on what you need and are looking for in therapy. My go to models are Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and I integrate art therapy activities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) interventions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is hope still left in the world and in you! I believe by shining a light on some of the darkness, we can come through this darkness with more tools to manage the chaos of the world around us and find joy and fulfillment in the small, sparkling moments of life.
