About My Clients
I work with adolescents 16+, adults, couples, and families who have experienced trauma, loss, or ongoing stress and may feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, shame, boundaries, or communication. I offer a warm, supportive space where clients can feel safe, explore their experiences, strengthen relationships, and gently build skills for healing and growth.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting adolescents 16+, adults, couples, and families. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational care and draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman-informed couples therapy. This allows me to help clients better understand emotional patterns, strengthen communication, and develop practical coping tools they can use in daily life. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, emotional regulation, shame, and relationship stress. I focus on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported as they move toward healing, growth, and stronger connections—at a pace that feels right for them.
