Using your personal goals and values as a guiding force in our work together, we will create a safe space for you to feel known and empowered. My therapeutic approach focuses on amplifying your strengths and helping you live your purpose each and every day. My background includes work with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, eating disorders, and trauma. I love working with individuals who find themselves navigating changing seasons of life, as well.
My Background and Approach
I use a relational approach to counseling and help you implement practical skills that guide you towards finding peace and fulfillment in your everyday life. I focus on bringing you into the present moment and finding connection between your mind and body. I don’t believe that therapy is one-size-fits all -- you and your personal goals are a guiding force in our work together. I practice mainly through incorporating attachment-based, person-centered, Health-At-Every-Size (HAES), and lifespan integration approaches. I love collaborating with you to see what you most connect with and tailoring our sessions to meet your needs.
