My ideal client is someone who would like to better themself and wants to problem solve how. I love working with individuals and couples and am truly passionate about addiction and neurodiversity. My Background and Approach
Since 2013 I have been working with families and couples who are experiencing a wide variety of challenges. It has become a passion of mine to strengthen and empower individuals who seek to deepen relationships, build self-esteem, and improve communication. I have supported clients in learning to manage addiction, depression, anxiety, and anger, I have also supported couples in processing affairs, neurodiverse relationships, parenting challenges, and more. I believe that everyone needs and deserves a safe space to be seen and heard; counseling works to create such an environment. My approach focuses on exploring a client's experience, helping them identify problematic behavior, then work towards a solution. I utilize tools such as in-session exercises, take-home activities, and individual and couples/family sessions to create a holistic plan to improve their overall wellbeing.
