About My Clients
My clients are often navigating some form of loss like a death, the end of a relationship, a change in identity, or a transition they didn’t choose. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. Some are in the thick of grief; others are realizing that grief is underneath their anxiety, burnout, or midlife shifts. I’ll meet you right where you’re at and help you reconnect to yourself in a way that feels honest and hopeful.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Manhattan, KS. I graduated from K-State in 2021 and I support individuals navigating life transitions, empty nesting, grief, and perimenopause. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other relational approaches, you’ll be deeply heard, supported, and guided to explore your story, honor your emotions, and create intentional change that aligns with your truth. IFS guides you to connect with the different “parts” of yourself—such as the grieving part, the anxious or critical part, and the part that wants care and attention—and learn to relate to them with compassion instead of judgment. By understanding and nurturing these internal parts, you can process loss, hormonal shifts, and emotional overwhelm more gently. IFS helps you honor your experiences, reduce internal conflict, and rebuild a sense of balance, resilience, and self-compassion, supporting you in moving through this stage of life with clarity and care.
