About My Clients
I tend to work with folks who are asking deeper questions about relationships, identity, and life purpose, and who are open to using astrology as a tool in the therapeutic process. Many of my clients are navigating uncertainty in their relationships, exploring non-monogamy or alternative relationship structures, feeling burned out by high-pressure careers, or experiencing creative or emotional blocks. I am also very well-versed in the 12-step model of recovery.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of working in private practice. My approach is informed by my training in IFS (Internal Family Systems), and I also have a history of using CBT. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with reflective tools, including astrology, to support deeper understanding as well. Some of my clients appreciate the added depth that their astrological birth charts can bring to the therapeutic process, and some find it helpful to explore current astrological transits as a way to reflect on timing, patterns, and how to navigate challenging periods. Use of synastry may also be a helpful tool in looking at patterns, strengths, and challenges related to a relationship with a partner.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that greater self-awareness helps people move through difficult periods with more clarity and choice. My background is trauma-informed and spiritual, and I am also a practicing astrologer. In my free time, I am also an artist, and I have been part of a 12-step community for the past decade. I value curiosity, reflection, and supporting people in understanding patterns that shape their relationships and their lives.
