About My Clients
I work with individuals (18+) from all walks of life who find themselves stuck in patterns that are no longer serving them or their relationships. While I specialize in relational therapy that addresses a variety of symptoms, particularly complex relational trauma, attachment, and anxiety-related issues.
My Background and Approach
I believe it's in relationships that we find both harm and healing, and so I invite clients into deep exploration of historical and current relationships, including the experience of the authentic and unique therapeutic relationship. In utilizing our here-and-now experience, we are able to identify relational and emotional patterns that may otherwise be cut off from awareness. It's my desire to create a safe space of respect and care so that you may explore these patterns and aspects of yourself that are not yet fully known and live life with a better sense of choice and opportunity. When you feel free to bring yourself fully and honestly, we can better work together to uncover the voices in your past and present life that hinder your ability to love yourself as yourself, while also growing further into who you want to be. I am certified in Relational Psychodynamic Therapy. I hold a MACP from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and a BS from the University of Florida.
