My Background and Approach
I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy and over the years have created my own approach that involves investigation, education, and training.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Humans have a particular nature that needs to be understood and respected. Each individual learns how best to take care of themselves. Sometimes what worked yesterday causes problems today. An objective eye can spot the bumps in the road.
