Most of my clients have been dealing with the symptoms of their stress and anxiety for years and are desperate for relief. Anxiety is not one size fits all, and my client base exemplifies that. I use science-based treatment modalities to help clients to work with their anxiety instead of fight against it. Our work together will be a collaborative effort. I’ll give you everything I’ve got as long as you do the same. I am gentle and compassionate, but not too "touchy-feely" in my approach.

I have completed advanced training in evidence-based anxiety treatment protocols such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Mindfulness Meditation, Desensitization, ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention), Interoceptive Exposure and Graduated Exposure.
My partner and I have devoted years to creating and perfecting a system to help empower our clients in learning how to deal with the symptoms of their stress and anxiety with practical methods that are backed by science.
