Hi, I’m Katherine Iracheta, M.Ed., LPC-A with a passion for helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges. With nearly a decade of experience as an educator and school counselor, I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their strengths, build resilience, and achieve their goals.
My Background and Approach
My approach combines evidence-based strategies with a person-centered focus, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their needs. ADHD Counseling: providing strategies to manage attention, impulsivity, and organization. Anxiety Support: Teaching coping skills to reduce worry, build confidence, and improve emotional regulation. With compassion, empathy, and evidence-based strategies, I help children, teens, and young adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and college planning.
