About My Clients
My clients are adults 21+ who watched an AuDHD reel and thought "wait, that sounds like me." They are women who have wondered why life feels so much harder to manage than it seems to for everyone else. They are the ones who built workarounds for everything and called it personality. They are people who want answers, whether that means medication, accommodations at work or school, or simply the peace of mind of finally knowing. They are people just like you.
My Background and Approach
I am an LCSW licensed in Virginia and Florida, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a certified Women-Centered ADHD Treatment (W-CAT) provider. I am certified to administer the CHERRY AADI, a diagnostic tool built specifically for adult presentations rather than adapted from childhood criteria. But here is what that means for you: you are not going to sit across from someone who learned about ADHD and Autism from a textbook. I am a neurodivergent clinician myself. I know what it feels like to move through a world that was not designed for your brain. I know what it feels like to finally have language for something you have carried your whole life. That lived experience shapes every evaluation I conduct. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and built around the understanding that getting answers should feel like relief, not another exhausting process. You deserve a clinician who gets it. Not just clinically. Actually.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a multiracial, neurodivergent member of the LGBTQ community, and those identities are not separate from my clinical work. They are woven into it. I understand firsthand what it means to navigate systems that were not built with you in mind, and that shapes how I show up for every client. I am a proud participant in the GALAP initiative, providing no-cost gender affirming care letters because access to affirming care should never be a privilege.
