I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, families, and individuals in both private and non-profit settings. I have helped people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, dissociation, self-harm, substance use, eating disorders, and general life stress.

My Background and Approach

I incorporate a trauma-informed and evidence-based perspective with strong influences of cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, biopsychosocial, and mindfulness models. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I use this in particular cases to help ease the impact of trauma.

I believe that everyone has inherent worth, strengths, and abilities and that those can be harnessed to help overcome life’s struggles and build resiliency.
