About My Clients
Family, relationships, societal pressure, career: it's a lot to manage alone. Yet, too often, women feel they need to experience these life difficulties alone. Any of these sound familiar? "My problems aren't that bad, I should be happy." "I can get through another year working there, I'll manage." "Why is this transition to motherhood so hard? It's supposed to be easy." Challenges related to pregnancy, infertility, and work-life balance are common themes explored by my clients.
My Background and Approach
I hope women navigate the different life stages and strengthen their mental health in a safe space, free of judgment or pressure. By embracing each client's own unique story and strengths, I am able to help them find adaptive coping skills to help them flourish. I combine my background in education and clinical work to create a holistic and interpersonal approach for each client.
