About My Clients
In our sessions, you will learn techniques to better understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and ways to adjust your reactions to your thoughts to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. We will also explore ways to improve relationships, foster coping skills, and gain a better sense of one's self.
My Background and Approach
I take a collaborative approach to treatment: you know your experiences, goals, and preferences best and my job is to help support your growth and overcome obstacles. My style is warm, engaging, and direct and my practice is focused on supporting you. I am currently a telehealth-only practice and can work with anyone who lives in Michigan.
