About My Clients
My clients are adults navigating life’s overwhelm—grief, caregiving, trauma, anxiety, or feeling stuck in their roles or identity. They’re looking for a space to feel understood, supported, and gently guided toward clarity and healing.
My Background and Approach
My approach is all about connection, trust, and working alongside you as we gently support you through life’s challenges. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while also embracing a humanistic perspective that sees and honors the whole person, not just the difficulties.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating spaces where people don’t have to earn care or shrink themselves to be supported. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent- and disability-informed, and grounded in values of access, equity, and inclusion. I’m committed to anti-oppressive practice and ongoing self-reflection around privilege, power, and systems that impact mental health. I’ve spent much of my career working alongside underserved communities and individuals often left out of traditional systems of care. Nature is where I reconnect and reflect—photography helps me notice beauty in what’s often overlooked. I offer that same lens in therapy: attuned, curious, and grounded in honoring the whole person.
