About My Clients

Have you been struggling with your mental health? Do memories from the past still feel too close or moments of peace seem out of reach? Maybe you find yourself on edge, restless, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Maybe you've been carrying the weight of sadness, anxiety or unresolved trauma-feeling like no one truly understands. Your reflections can lead to recovery. Your healing journey can begin today. I'm here to guide you so you don't have to walk this journey alone.

My Background and Approach

At Reflections Psychotherapy & Counseling, I work with adults who are navigating the lasting effects of trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, eating disorders, OCD, as well as other areas of support. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where healing, safety, and genuine connection can begin to take root. My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, somatic healing, and person-centered, humanistic approaches. Together, we focus not just on symptom relief, but on helping you understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, and rediscover hope—even when it feels out of reach. I believe therapy is a space for reflection, growth, and rediscovery. You don’t have to face your pain alone—healing is possible, and I’m honored to walk beside you every step of the way.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist who specializes in trauma-informed therapy. My focus includes helping individuals experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, relationship issues and other mental health challenges. My path to becoming a therapist didn't follow the traditional route. I found my way into therapy after walking through my own seasons of healing and growth. Returning to graduate school to pursue my Master of Social Work was one of the most transformative decisions I've ever made. Through that experience, I discovered a profound passion for helping individuals who are navigating mental health challenges that make life feel overwhelming at times. Through my own life's journey, I've learned that healing isn't linear. It's often messy, painful, and beautiful all at once. But it's also where we discover who we truly are. Therapy made a difference in my own life and that's why I am so passionate about offering the same space for others.
