I incorporate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. This approach combines mindfulness practices with cognitive therapy techniques to reduce patterns of rumination, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Through MBCT, clients learn how to stay more present, respond to stress more calmly, and develop a greater sense of balance and self-awareness in their daily lives.
