About My Clients
Do you want an open and judgement-free space to talk about money and it's impact on your life? Have you been trying to change your financial behaviors but keep getting stuck? Do you feel like you're not qualified or confident enough to manage your money? Financial health is as much about the outer work of learning about budgeting, saving, and investing as it is about the inner work of conquering the attitudes, feelings, and beliefs about money that are keeping us back. My Background and Approach
When we work together, I will focus on understanding your current financial circumstances and how they relate to your goals for the future, healing your relationship with money and addressing emotional issues that drive financial behaviors. We will also work on developing skills to support change, manage financial and other life stressors, and work on building the confidence and self awareness needed to manage your financial life. Our work will be solution-focused and short term. We will work together over the course of several sessions to address a specific problem, goal, or decision. My approach is based on a cognitive behavioral model, and influenced by coaching techniques. My goal is for you to leave each session with tools you can use right away to better your financial life.
