About My Clients
We may be a good fit if you find yourself in the perinatal period, whether it be trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy or loss, or coping with postpartum challenges. And if you're not in the perinatal period, no worries! I am trained and experienced in supporting those who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-worth, and difficult life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My training and experience extends to working with those who have struggled with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and/or self-worth, and life changes. I have a passion for working with those along the perinatal spectrum, and have received my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and empowering environment for my clients. I recognize that an individual’s unique experience is impacted by many internal and external factors; therefore, I aim to use a holistic approach in supporting my clients throughout their therapeutic journeys. I believe in working collaboratively as a team with my clients through utilizing a person-centered approach. I love helping clients discover and utilize their inner strengths to come to a place of self-discovery and self-acceptance.

I believe in the power of holding space for your voice and honoring your unique story and experience. As your therapist, I am committed to supporting and challenging you to grow and learn more about yourself and what you deserve. I believe that being a therapist is a true honor and privilege, and I am here to support you on your journey to self-discovery, self-love, and self-acceptance. I know therapy can be hard work, so I value creating space to celebrate the wins and laugh when needed!
