About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed with Anxiety or Stress? Are you wanting to learn how to use coping skills to manage your emotions? I help guide clients in being able to regulate their emotions while giving them a safe place to talk about things.
My Background and Approach
I am here to help guide you through the therapeutic process, to heal and process from life's stressors. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy to help my clients work through anxiety, depression, adjusting to new situations, mood disorders, and more. I have experience working with teens, as well as adults (ages 13 and up). I find that life is too short not to make the best of it, and through coping skills and counseling it is possible to live your best life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapeutic approach is evidenced-based. We will identify your goals and work on empowering you to overcome obstacles that may be in your way. The therapeutic experience will develop more effective personal skills to improve every aspect of your life. I have worked in the helping profession since 2010, serving adults and teens in several different roles.
