About My Clients
I work best with individuals navigating trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking. My ideal clients are those seeking safety, healing, and a deeper connection with themselves. I support people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. If you’re looking for a compassionate space to rebuild your voice, strengthen your identity, and explore new ways of coping, I’m here to walk with you.
My Background and Approach
I am a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist with a BSW from the University of Indianapolis and an MSW from IUPUI, grounding my work in empowerment-based care. For four years, I’ve supported survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, helping clients rebuild safety, identity, and trust in themselves. My experience allows me to hold space for complex trauma while guiding clients toward practical coping skills, emotional regulation, and long-term healing. I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps. By offering a strengths-based, empathetic approach, I help clients feel understood as we collaboratively shape treatment around their needs and goals. My hope is to provide not only clinical expertise, but a genuine human connection that supports resilience and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I’m guided by the belief that every person deserves safety, dignity, and the chance to heal at their own pace. I value compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, and I strive to create a space where all identities and experiences are respected. I’m passionate about supporting survivors of violence and advocating for trauma-informed, empowerment-based care within my community. I’m committed to social justice and believe in amplifying the voices of those who’ve been silenced or overlooked. I bring these values into my work, offering a space where you can show up fully as yourself and be met with empathy, respect, and hope.
