About My Clients

Many of my clients seek to better understand themselves as they manage both day-to-day obstacles and larger-scale challenges in their lives. I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds in navigating concerns including life/career transitions, cultural identity, trauma, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self-esteem and body image.

My Background and Approach

I practice a holistic, integrative approach to therapy that draws from treatment modalities including narrative therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based strategies to address the individual needs of my clients. I use a strength-based, trauma-informed lens to meet clients where they are and work collaboratively toward empowerment & growth. I am passionate about centering my clients' intersectional identities in exploring how they relate to and navigate the world at large. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds in the non-profit sector and agency settings.
