Deciding between western medicine, high pill dosage regimens, and naturopathic alternatives can be a confusing journey. Everyone has a different opinion on what you should do with your diet, life, and with your medication. It’s so difficult to choose, and decipher the right path. In therapy you can explore with others the right path for you. "I don’t know who I am outside of being sick". Learn to reconnect with yourself and ask "who am I outside of my illness?" You are more than your illness.
My Background and Approach
As your counselor, my goal is to provide a warm and welcoming space. Together, we'll collaborate to identify your internal resources to overcome life’s adversities and achieve self-identified goals. I aim to individualize my treatment plan and counseling services to best serve your personalized needs. I have worked with a wide array of clientele, backgrounds, and ages. I treat a variety of disorders and concerns including but not limited to: chronic health conditions, histories of trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, major life changes and adjustment disorders, gender identity, environmental anxiety, ODD, and ADHD.
