About My Clients
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-image concerns, behavioral challenges, anger, trauma, divorce, or major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals connected to the agriculture community. I strive to meet each client where they are, build on their strengths, and create a welcoming space where they feel comfortable being themselves.
My Background and Approach
As a fully licensed therapist, I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral difficulties, anger management, self-image, divorce, and adjustment concerns. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and play and art-based interventions when appropriate. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth, and I strive to make therapy feel welcoming, engaging, and collaborative. I am also pursuing the requirements to become a Registered Play Therapist. Additionally, I have a particular interest in supporting individuals connected to the agriculture industry and understanding the unique experiences that can come with that lifestyle.
