About My Clients
My areas of focus are trauma and PTSD, EMDR therapy for processing difficult memories, anxiety and self-esteem challenges, LGBTQ+ issues, especially coming-out related trauma, and integrating yoga philosophy and mindfulness for stress and anxiety. Sessions focus on helping you process past experiences, develop coping tools, and rebuild the sense of safety and self-worth reconnecting with their body and inner strength.
