About My Clients

I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and Gender-Diverse individuals, women, veterans, and adults across the lifespan. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, or questions about what comes next, I provide an affirming, compassionate space to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in treating trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma, using evidence-based psychotherapies such as EMDR, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD (PE-PTSD), DBT-Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), all via telehealth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Life can be exhausting, complicated, and sometimes downright rude. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, struggling in relationships, or carrying the weight of difficult experiences, you're not alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.
