About My Clients
Are you struggling with anxiety, whether it be general anxious thoughts, something specific, panic attacks, obsessive thoughts? This can be very scary and overwhelming but I am here to help you gain the tools to cope with anxiety. CBT techniques can greatly reduce anxiety and you get to become your own agent of change.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College, Graduate School of Education and Counseling. As a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Oregon, I offer a broad base of knowledge and experience spanning the spectrum of the mental health field. Believing in our drive to connect through relationships, I work from a space of collaboration. It is my desire to accompany you, to be a witness for you and offer a safe nonjudgmental space for you to look inward and find the answers that lie within you. I specialize in helping people suffering from anxiety. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques including Exposure and Response Prevention therapy to address all types of anxiety.
