About My Clients
I specialize in children to adolescents ages 4 to 18 and with LGBT+ community in this age range.
My Background and Approach
I earned my CMHC degree at the University of Louisville in December 2024. I mainly use CCPT and sand therapies in my work. At the heart of it is the believe that the individual know what they need to do and I provide the safety and relationship for them to heal and grow.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be affordable and is a right and not a privilege. I believe we as a society are bombarded with technology and our mental health is suffering because of it. As part of my therapy journey have been in dark storms and weathered dark times. I was able to grow, heal and be my authentic self. As part of the LGBT community have previously volunteered at two LGBT+ youth centers to help this vulnerable population.
