I work with clients 18+ individually or in relationships. I love working with LGBTQIA + clients, folks exploring gender identity, and those struggling with anxiety and life stressors. My Background and Approach
I graduated from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Counseling and Education in 2009, with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and certifications in Addictions and Eating Disorder Treatment. I have worked in community mental health, residential treatment, crisis support, clinical review, and outpatient therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My therapeutic approach focuses on providing trauma informed care to work collaboratively with my clients to identify and strengthen their motivation for change. Therapy can help you learn ways to be more effective in moving forward. While our inner experience as well as the world outside of us help shape who we are, they do not define who we can be. By working together, we identify tools, skills, and ways to challenge belief systems in order to move toward a more meaningful life. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and non-judgmental.
