About My Clients
I specialize in work with adolescents and adults dealing with emotional and behavioral dysregulation; trauma, loss, and grief; exploring gender and sexuality, navigating life transitions; social and relational challenges; and rigid or intrusive thinking patterns that interrupt functioning.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Yale University with a BA in art history & Boston College School of Social Work. I have worked at McLean Hospital & Franciscan Children's at inpatient, CBAT, acute residential, & partial hospitalization levels of care. I later transitioned to providing outpatient therapy at Fenway Health, specializing in work with gender diverse adolescents & young adults. While working with me you can expect a warm, affirming and collaborative environment to explore emotions and experiences, understand relational patterns and dynamics, discover and amplify strengths, and learn skills to ground and regulate your nervous system. I have specialized training in psychodynamic and dialetical behavioral therapy (DBT) strategies. I provide ongoing support to clients and families as they navigate the process of considering and receiving gender affirming medical care. I value partnership with parents and schools to develop effective strategies to support their children.
