My Background and Approach
I believe therapy is a balance of support and challenge. I bring warmth, humor, and an active style to sessions. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including ACT, EFT, IFS, CBT, mindfulness and self-compassion, and our work together will help you develop personal insight, which you will then use to make changes that lead to a more fulfilled life.
