About My Clients
Sometimes we get signals that we need extra support. Like difficulty setting boundaries or overextending ourselves. Feeling exhausted or angry. Having trouble truly resting or feeling at ease. Experiencing something that causes us to reevaluate what is important. I enjoy working with people in moments like these of transition, uncertainty, and seeking.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach that welcomes all experiences. I provide supportive somatic psychotherapy that is goal-oriented while staying grounded in collaboration, respect, and safety. We will use mindfulness to help you learn more about your patterns of thinking, feeling, being in your body, and relating to others so that you can more skillfully respond to triggers like stress. Additionally, I have specialized training in working with people who currently identify or previously identified as spiritual or religious--as well as folks who are finding their own expression.
