About My Clients

With a dynamic, person-centered, trauma-informed approach, I empower clients to achieve sustainable recovery by blending evidence-based strategies with realistic, individualized treatment plans centered around healing. I am a humanist at heart and am committed to creating spaces and communities people can heal in.

My Background and Approach

Consulting, Treatment Planning, and Counseling in Treatment-Resistant Eating Disorders: Crafting innovative strategies for individuals struggling with eating disorders that have not responded to traditional approaches. Consulting in Family Health: I will provide advocacy in finding care for the whole family. When a child gets ill, the entire family suffers. I will advocate with insurance companies, hospitals, and residential facilities to obtain the best care. Providing Trauma-Informed Care: Addressing the interplay between trauma and mental health, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Advocating on Health Disparities: Advocating for equity in healthcare access and outcomes, focusing on underserved and marginalized populations. Educating in Community Engagement: Building partnerships with local organizations to create accessible, inclusive, and effective support networks for individuals and families.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe agency, dignity, and compassion run through the entirety of my work and my life.
