About My Clients
I have had the privilege over the past 30 years to work with incredible people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, family and relationship conflict, depression, and other difficulties. Together, we’ve found their resilience and healing.
My Background and Approach
With my LCSW, I take a holistic, inclusive and compassionate approach working together with you. Our time together is about you. You know yourself best and we will pair that with my 30 years of professional and personal experience to help you achieve your goals. I will work with you to get to the roots of what’s bothering you, and develop individualized techniques that help you reach your goals. Your therapy will be tailored to fit your needs and comfort level. I will work with you in a compassionate, inclusive, productive way to help you get to where you want to be. I will create a safe space where you will be able to explore your thoughts, emotions and goals. Humor will be sprinkled in as well, because laughing when possible, is good for all of us! Treatment will be based overall in evidence based practices in which I have training including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, and EMDR.
