Are you feeling heavy and burdened by your anxiety? Is your relationship problematic and dissatisfying? I believe that we are only as healthy as our relationships, and our relationships are only as healthy as we are mentally. I also believe that there is power in forming a trusting relationship in which you can process, be challenged, and dream. I hope to provide that relationship for you.
