I specialize in working with clients who are ready to actively engage in their mental health journey. Ideal clients are children (ages 9 and up), teens, college students, and adults who experience anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression, or related challenges. I particularly welcome individuals who are looking for evidence-based treatment and those seeking a collaborative approach to build resilience and practical coping skills. I am proud to offer neurodivergence affirming care and LGBTQIA allied care.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Dr. Kate Degenhardt is passionate about helping individuals with disabilities explore their identity and create a life of fulfillment. Engaged with the queer community and an LGBTQIA+ ally, she provides a supportive and affirming space for all. With lived experience, Dr. Degenhardt brings unique insight into affirming neurodivergence and guiding those who struggle with OCD toward meaningful progress and well-being.
