About My Clients
I work with adults and couples seeking deeper healing, healthier relationships, and greater overall well-being. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or feeling stuck in recurring patterns, I offer a warm, integrative approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Together, we'll help you reconnect with your authentic self and create lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have spent more than five years training in Life Centered Therapy, an integrative psychospiritual and somatic approach that explores the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. My work is also informed by psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, family systems, and trauma-informed care, allowing me to tailor therapy to each person's unique needs. I believe healing happens by addressing the root causes of our struggles—not simply managing symptoms. Together, we'll explore subconscious patterns, beliefs, and life experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and integrate meaningful change. I also incorporate tools such as the Enneagram to deepen self-awareness, helping clients better understand themselves, improve relationships, and live with greater freedom, authenticity, and purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has inherent worth and an incredible capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore every part of ourselves without judgment. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, cultures, faiths, and belief systems, and I strive to create an affirming space where each person feels respected, heard, and valued. I also believe emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being are deeply interconnected, and I enjoy supporting clients in discovering what a meaningful and fulfilling life looks like for them. Outside of the therapy room, I'm passionate about lifelong learning, personal growth, health and wellness, and giving back to my community through volunteer work. I believe healing extends beyond the individual—it has the power to strengthen relationships, families, and communities.
