I believe that the most important part of therapy is empowerment of the individual. My goal is for a client to leave the room feeling like they can handle anything life throws at them. My Background and Approach
I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Motherhood, as well as life stressors and transitions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health. I love to take a collaborative approach to my clients care, because it should be you in the drivers seat of your life! Parents are often fighting their own battle with dealing with a child who has depression/anxiety etc., and I can provide helpful insight and support to them as well. I help young adults and women by helping them sort through current stressors and allowing them to take time to focus on themselves.
