About My Clients
Do anxiety, relationship struggles, or past wounds feel like they’re holding you back? Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, coping with grief, or feeling weighed down by past experiences. I offer a supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from the people and things that are important to them. Together, we’ll process unresolved wounds, quiet self-criticism, and manage anxiety to rediscover what brings fulfillment and connection
My Background and Approach
EMDR is a proven, effective approach for processing trauma and helping your mind and body work through past experiences that continue to cause distress. If traditional talk therapy hasn’t been helpful for you, EMDR may offer a fresh path to clarity, relief, and healing. My approach blends EMDR, somatic techniques, mindfulness, and parts-work to support nervous system regulation and trauma healing. When reflection or problem-solving feels most helpful, I incorporate CBT techniques to guide meaningful conversations. My work is grounded in compassion and informed by an anti-racist, social justice lens. I affirm all identities and create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions and experiences freely.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy can be hard work, but it should also be a compassionate and supportive experience. I’m here to meet you where you are—with care, curiosity, and without judgment. Together, we’ll create a space where you can safely explore difficult emotions at your own pace and do the deep work that leads to healing. I believe in being real. I don’t hide behind clinical language or rigid professionalism—I show up as a genuine, grounded human being. Therapy should feel like a space where you’re truly seen and understood, and that begins with me being approachable, transparent, and present. I affirm all identities and practice from an anti-racist, equity-centered framework. This means creating a space where your lived experience—including the impact of systemic oppression—is acknowledged, respected, and held with care. You don’t have to leave any part of yourself at the door.
