About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who feel ready to break free from unhelpful patterns, whether that’s managing OCD and intrusive thoughts, navigating anxiety, or working through major life shifts. I deeply enjoy supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ folks, creating an affirming space where you never have to mask. If you’re looking to build practical coping tools, heal your relationships, or quiet your inner critic, we’ll be a great fit. Together, we’ll help you feel grounded and thriving!
My Background and Approach
Choosing a therapist is an investment in your peace of mind, and what matters most is how my background translates into real support for you. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology, rooted in humanistic principles that view you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms. As a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP) practicing under senior supervision, you receive my dedicated care backed by the wisdom of an experienced clinical team. I utilize evidence-based care tailored to your goals. For those struggling with OCD and anxiety, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you break free from intrusive thoughts and compulsions. I also provide a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ inclusive space where you never have to mask, alongside Gottman Method strategies for couples. Blending humanistic care with ACT and CBT, our sessions offer both a safe space and real-world tools so you can move forward with confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you can drop the heavy mask and be fully seen, respected, and accepted. My practice is built on a foundation of social justice, neurodiversity affirmation, and LGBTQ+ advocacy. As an ally and practitioner, I am committed to creating an inclusive, culturally humble environment that honors all identities, brain types, and lived experiences. I stand firmly against systemic oppression and recognize how societal pressures, discrimination, and marginalization directly impact mental health. Outside of the therapy room, my values reflect a deep care for holistic well-being, community connection, and nature. Whether I’m spending time outdoors, immersing myself in creative crafting projects, or relaxing with my cats, I strive to cultivate the same balance, authenticity, and gentle presence that I bring to my clients. I welcome you as you are, and I stand with you on your path toward healing.
