Burnout, relationship strain, or a transition may have shaken your footing. You’ve learned to hold it together. You don’t have to keep doing that alone. There is a steadier way to live — with clarity, emotional grounding, and more ease in your own skin.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is a place to slow down and get curious about what is happening beneath the surface of your life. People often come in feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or carrying something heavy they haven’t quite been able to name. Together we create a space that can hold those parts with care, curiosity, and respect. Our work is experiential and collaborative. We may incorporate somatic practices, art, Brainspotting, and other process-oriented approaches that help you notice what your mind and body are already trying to communicate. Rather than forcing change, we work with what is present and allow insight and movement to emerge. Over time, you develop tools for grounding, understanding patterns, and responding differently to life’s challenges. My style is thoughtful and engaged — sometimes direct, but reflective — with a bit of humor. My background as a lawyer brings analytical clarity and faith in human resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are doing the best they can with the resources they have, and that meaningful change becomes possible when we feel seen, understood, and less alone. I value curiosity, cultural humility, and respect for different identities, life paths, and beliefs.
