About My Clients
Many of the people I work with have experienced complex family dynamics, including adoption and family-of-origin issues, that continue to shape how they see themselves and relate to others. My clients often come to therapy looking for relief from anxiety, depression, shame, people-pleasing, and difficulties in their relationships.
My Background and Approach
I take a holistic and experiential approach to therapy. Together, we’ll consider your personal history, family patterns, attachment style, brain wiring, beliefs, and overall wellbeing to understand the full picture of your experience. My work integrates trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neuro-affirming perspectives to support deep, lasting healing. In sessions, I often draw from parts work, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies, and EMDR to help you process trauma, regulate emotions, and strengthen your connection with yourself. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and empowered to show up as our authentic selves.
