The strategies I bring to therapy come from over 20 years of experience helping adults, including veterans and first responders, navigate challenges like anxiety, PTSD, grief, moral injury, and life transitions. My goal is for you to leave therapy with practical tools and techniques you can use anytime to manage stress, calm your body, and clarify your thoughts. I am direct, collaborative, and solution-focused. Together, we’ll address what’s happening for you in the moment, explore mind-body connections, and build resilience so that challenges become opportunities for growth and empowerment.

My goal is to guide clients in connecting with their inner strengths, fostering personal growth, and developing a sense of purpose that extends beyond symptom relief.
