As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 9 years of experience working in the mental health field I can assist you in developing the tools necessary to help you cope and lead a happier life.I specialize in working with women who are experiencing domestic abuse, have low esteem, feelings of hopelessness, depression, anxiety, have experienced trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and everyday stress. I also specialize in working with children ages 2 - 18 years old and their families helping them cope with trauma, adoption, and behavioral issues.
