Many of my clients struggle have experience with depression. Depending on the client's symptoms, needs and goals, the focus of therapy may be on improving self-care and acquiring healthy coping skills. Some clients mostly need support and guidance around resolving underlying issues that are contributing to their depression.
I have extensive experience helping clients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, Social Anxiety Disorder and anxiety stemming from trauma.
