About My Clients
My clients are people who want to feel more grounded, connected, and understood. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by stress, past experiences, or repeating patterns that no longer serve them. They’re looking for a supportive space to sort things out, learn new tools, and create change at their own pace.
My Background and Approach
I provide therapy exclusively via telehealth, with a background supporting individuals in schools and private practice. I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and stress with a focus on safety, trust, and connection in the therapy space. I am currently pursuing training in EMDR and draw on concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside other trauma-informed approaches. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounding—I see therapy as a partnership where we explore patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self, helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people have the capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I see the therapeutic relationship as central—creating a space of safety, trust, and collaboration where vulnerability and honesty are honored. Therapy is a meaningful process, and I feel privileged to support individuals of all cultural, LGBTQ+, and other backgrounds. Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, practicing yoga, and spending time with my two cats, which keep me grounded, curious, and present.
