About My Clients
Are you at a crossroads feeling like you can't keep going on the way things are, or maybe things have already changed and you are having difficulties adjusting to these new changes? I love to work with clients who are going through major life transitions, such as endings or changes in current relationships, gender or sexuality issues (LGBTQQ+), divorce, grief, and career changes.
My Background and Approach
My approach involves seeing you as a whole individual, body, mind, and soul. In our work together, I might include mindfulness, breathwork, and creative arts to our sessions. These are tools that I have personally used and have helped me, and I enjoy sharing them with my clients. I believe the right client/therapist fit can be powerful and healing, and the therapy process can help you gain awareness and empowerment over your life and yourself.
