About My Clients
Ready to punch the next person who says “Everything happens for a reason” or “Time heals all wounds.” Everyone is grieving something. It is a crushing weight on your chest first thing in the morning, snapping at your kids, being extra clumsy, exhausted, numb, or nursing a pervasive brain fog. The grief comes in waves; battering you, crashing into you and knocking you to your knees
My Background and Approach
You may not see how yet but you will get through this, and I’m here as your guide and support along the way. As a society, we are so scared to talk about death and dying, yet it is one of the very things that connects us all and makes us human. So consider me your grief sherpa. Let’s be fearless and learn how to talk about, honor, and live with loss together. Through our work, you'll learn the tools you need to break through the pain that's been weighing you down.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I’m not working, you can find me wrapped up in some new fiction on my Kindle with a mug of tea. I like stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, or really anything in the water. I am a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, and I love to practice yoga. I adore getting lost in a new city, being “that” kind of dog mom, and hiking to waterfalls.
