About My Clients
My clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. They may be dealing with anxiety, past trauma, low self-worth, or big life changes. Many are insightful and motivated but need support turning that insight into real change. I work with adults who want practical tools, honest feedback, and a space where they can show up as they are.
My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma-informed therapist trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR. I take a collaborative, down to earth approach to therapy. In our work together, we will look at patterns that are keeping you stuck while also building practical tools you can actually use in your daily life. I balance skill-building with deeper conversations so you can understand yourself on a deeper level and feel more confident handling what comes up. My goal is to help you feel more steady, more self-aware, and more like yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel human, not overly clinical or distant. Real change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to try something different. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals matter. At the same time, I value structure and evidence-based tools that actually help in your day to day life. You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support. Therapy can be a place to build insight, confidence, and a more grounded relationship with yourself.
