About My Clients
I have experience working with children, families, and adults in a variety of settings. I have worked closely with parents and children to develop strategies to help children through difficult stages and disorders throughout childhood, including behavior problems, depression, and anxiety. I also enjoy working closely with adults struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety and grief.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I seek to find what works for each person and remain open to the individual needs of each client. I have a passion to help my clients grow, learn, and thrive through each stage of their lives. During therapy I employ an empathetic style and openness that allows clients to open up safely while working towards the changes they strive to make.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is to understand each client as an individual and help them find a path that suits their personal strengths and encourages growth towards good. I believe in respecting and understanding the uniqueness of each person, using that to help them achieve the changes they want for themselves to enrich and improve their lives.
